The Ivanti ITSM Administrator is responsible for managing and configuring the Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform, including tasks like setting up workflows, defining security structures, managing user access, customizing forms and reports, integrating with other systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of the service management system, all while adhering to ITIL best practices and business requirements; essentially acting as the technical expert for the Ivanti ITSM platform 

Qualifications
• This position requires a strong analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills, as well as proficiency in various technical areas including SQL, ETL processes, and API interactions
• The role demands effective communication skills to collaborate with different departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently while managing the complexities of the ITSM environment
• Experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with Boolean logic and complex expressions
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data governance
• SQL experience for report building and data retrieval
• Understanding of JSON and XML data formats
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
• Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Excellent project management skills
• Moderate SQL and database management skills
• Understanding of IT asset management principles
Responsibilities
• The Ivanti Administrator role at ABS is a full-time position focused on managing the ITSM ecosystem, specifically utilizing Ivanti Neurons for ITSM
• The successful candidate will be responsible for system administration, development, data management, and ensuring seamless cross-platform integrations
• Lead the management of all aspects of the ITSM ecosystem
• Perform system administration and development tasks
• Oversee data management and cross-platform integrations
• Build reports and retrieve data using SQL
• Interact with REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations
• Communicate technical concepts clearly across departments
• Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects

Hybrid position - onsite in office 3 days a week Tue-Thurs.
