Socializing is important
Length of project - Between 12-18 months.
This year the PM will assist in the solution (software) selection. Then is the development and deployment to the 13 countries. It may include a second phase for Payroll, which may add another 6-9 months
Could this be converted to Full Time? I don’t think so but it is certainly at least a year.
If Full Time, what would salary budget be?? This position may be at the 110K mark.
May be a little more if we find a PM with HCM and Payroll experience.
